Hello there,

I am Alexandra Nagy, and my goal is to transform the concept of English (as a second language) teaching. I live in Oslo and teach English as a second language online to people from all over the world.

I graduated in 2015 at the Institute of English-American Studies at the University of Debrecen, with a specialization in American Studies and Information and Communication Design and Technology.

In my person-centered classes, I place great emphasis on assisting in the development of students' communication skills so that, through collaboration, they can acquire a strong and confident language proficiency. We work entirely in English during the classes, which not only helps the development of thinking in English but also facilitates continuous improvement of listening comprehension.

I have been working as a private tutor since September 2018, which has always been my dream. Over the past few years, I have taught 75+ students, of which the majority passed their language tests and achieved their goals, whether it was changing jobs, moving abroad, passing an exam, or simply using the language confidently in their daily lives.

I consider it essential to create a calm environment in my classes, and I believe that with enough patience and attention, my students can make exponential progress.
